Fifty foot riverqueen steel houseboat. Bought an engine to install in this but never got to it- it goes with the boat. Lots of extras too. This is a bit rough; needs mild amount of carpentry work, wiring, paint, plumbing and some hull welding work. Scrap would be worth thousands alone.
