2011 Honda CBR600RR in Lansing, MI

UPDATE: It is currently at Fast Lane Powersports (formerly Groves in Mason) and can been seen during their normal business hours.-I am selling my 2011 Honda CBR600RR-I bought it brand new in the first week of March 2012 off the showroom floor from Groves.-The mileage is currently at 4368 and will be staying there as it is currently in storage-When I bought it I also purchased the full extended two year warranty on top of the factory 1 year warranty, that is fully transferable as well.-I have a Men's Large Joe Rocket synthetic jacket that can be included if you want along with 1 large and 1 small HJC full face dual visor helmets to be included if desired.-I am asking $8600 as that it what I still currently owe on the bike. With the warranty and helmets included I feel it is a fair deal. Nada says average retail around $10400 and KBB shows around $8300-The only aftermarket parts on the bike are: Mirrors with integrated led turn signals, front flush mount turn signals, and rear fender eliminator kit.-To be upfront with you, the bike has been laid down. I laid it down in Maryland on March 20th earlier this year in a left hand corner going about 20mph. All damage was purely cosmetic, nothing mechanical was damaged and I have ridden it multiple times afterwards. I have a copy of the estimate as well to prove that it was only cosmetic damage. This bike was never ridden hard, I always babied it. It was an unfortunate accident that I laid it down when the front tire washed out. The last oil change was at 4216 along with the 4000 mile facgtory maintenance. All factory maintenance has been done at Coleman Powersports in Falls Church, VA, Next factory maintenance is not need until 8000 miles-I am currently in Maryland for work, the bike IS in Lansing at my father's house in storage. I would like to get out from under the payments, however I do not need to sell it. It is not fun for me to ride out here with all the traffic but I will not be out here forever. I took it back to Michigan to sell as the loan in from CP Federal out of Jackson.If interested please contact me. I will set up a time with my father for you to see it.
